Simple 2-4 layer boards typically run a few thousand dollars; complex mixed-signal, power, or high-speed designs run roughly $10K-$40K including schematic, layout, DFM review, and fab/assembly handoff. We quote fixed-price after a short architecture review.

Do you also fabricate and assemble boards?

We design; fabrication and assembly run through vetted U.S. board houses that we coordinate for you, matched to your volume, tolerances, and compliance needs — including ITAR-sensitive work that cannot go through offshore self-serve portals.

Question 3

Can you rework or respin an existing board?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Respins and rescues are a large share of our work: we root-cause the failure on the bench first — power, signal integrity, EMC, or firmware interaction — then fix the actual problem instead of re-laying-out on instinct.

Question 4

Do you design in Altium or KiCad?

Accepted Answer

Both. We work in your toolchain so you own the design files outright, with libraries and fab outputs organized for your team to maintain after handoff.
