Kyros Engineering was founded in Cleveland, Ohio, by engineers who’ve shipped complicated systems for two decades — solid oxide fuel cell APUs, EV chargers, smart thermostats and water heaters, Amazon Proteus warehouse robotics, Honda Factory 4.0 lines, surgical instrumentation, 7T MRI gradient electronics, and neurostimulation implants. The pattern is the same across all of them: cross-domain hardware, firmware, power electronics, and controls that fail at the seams when one specialist misses the integration. We built Kyros to live in those seams.
We’re not a staffing firm and we don’t send resumes. We assign a hand-selected, multidisciplinary team — one curated pod, not a band of subcontractors — that owns your project from architecture through production. The engineer you talk to on day one is the engineer doing the work on day 100.
