Two weeks, one invoice, one NDA. We start from the platform you already have — dev kits, off-the-shelf modules, existing hardware — and hand back, in writing:

- The parts carrying real risk
- The decisions and forks where the roadmap can go two different ways, and the tradeoffs behind each
- The development effort to get through them
It opens with a one-page decision summary you can forward to whoever approves the next step, with that step already scoped as a price range. You keep it whether or not you continue. What the study includes
